Shepu bhaji ( Dill Veg.)



Ingredients :
Shepu (dill )
chana dal ( 1 spoon )
moongdal ( 1 nad 1/2 spoon )
oil ( 1 spoon )
garlic ( 4-5 cloves )
salt
green chillies ( 3-4,make a slit on each )

Recipe :
wash shepu and let it dry for 1 hour .
soak chana dal and moong dal in warm water for 1 hour.
take pan and heat one spoon of oil,add crushed garlic and chilies .
now add soaked dal and saute for 4-5 minutes.
finally add cut shepu bhaji and let it cook with lid on for 3 minutes.
stir in between and cook for another 3 minutes.
simple shepu bhaji is ready for light lunch or dinner.serve bhaji with chapati .
